farm life

Farm life is living simply and a bit dirty, but I find it very enlightening.  While we walked around the farm my sister had been working on last summer, I was captivated by how quiet it was.  There wasn’t traffic or horns blaring everywhere or the constant distraction of technology pulling us in every direction, it was just pure sounds of nature.  The air was crisp and clean.  The sun glowed beautifully making everything seem surreal and rich with color.  This was nature’s beauty at its best.  Nothing could interrupt the moment I was having, enjoying the simple way of life for a brief moment.  I wish I could be there during a day of work to capture how much love and hardwork goes into producing the food we eat.  If only the hands of farmers and farmhands could talk!  The following pictures are small details of how I saw the life of a farmhand (my sister) and a quick tour of her living quarters.
