My grocery runs tend to be 80% fresh food and I try to source majority of it from local farmer’s markets. My favorite market recently closed so I’ve been on the hunt for a new market and I think I’ve found it! There’s always a line at the egg vendor, the orange juice is squeezed while you wait, and the selection and variety of produce is just enough. This is my haul from a couple weeks ago: 3 heads of kale, 2 acorn squash, 2 heads of broccoli, 1 lb. of brussels sprouts, 1 red onion, 3 bundles of beets, 2 lbs. of apples, 6 lemons, 1 bundle of carrots, and 2 lbs. of satsumas.
